Rachel is a UESCA Certified Ultra Running Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over seven years of experience across the collegiate, high school, and private sectors. Holding a Master’s in Public Health, she specializes in "whole-person" development—blending data-driven performance with psychological strength. From leading championship teams to serving on the board of the Women’s Running Coaches Collective, Rachel is dedicated to elevating the standard of coaching for everyday athletes. Whether you are chasing a first 50K or an elite 100-mile finish, her approach ensures your training is sustainable, informed, and transformative.

With over 8 years of experience and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Liberty University, Emma specializes in the intersection of biomechanics and performance. As a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Exercise Physiologist (EP), she creates high-level, personalized programming designed to make runners more durable, efficient, and empowered. Emma’s mission is simple: helping athletes build confidence in the gym so they can perform at their peak on the road or trail.
