Mission Statement
At Right Mind Running Company, my mission is to inspire, motivate, and support athletes through every stage of life, both as runners and as individuals. I am committed to promoting well-being, building resilience, and sharing expert knowledge that empowers you to achieve your full potential on the trail and off. My coaching philosophy is rooted in partnership, where mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication drive progress. Together, we create sustainable growth that enhances not just your running but your life as a whole.
Core Principles
-
Coaching is about more than just running. It’s about truly understanding you as an individual, recognizing where you are in life, and supporting your goals both on and off the trail.
-
I prioritize building strength and resilience that lasts. My approach is focused on steady, intentional growth that not only helps you reach your goals but keeps you healthy and strong for the long run. I believe that running should enhance your life, not just for a single race but for years to come.
-
I believe that knowledge is power. Through personalized coaching, I equip you with the understanding of effective training principles, nutrition strategies, and recovery techniques so you can make informed decisions and become a more resilient athlete.
-
Life is dynamic and your training should be too. I create flexible training plans that adjust to your life’s demands ensuring you stay on track without sacrificing balance. Your training will always fit your life, not the other way around.
-
Coaching is a true partnership. I believe that progress is built on mutual trust, open communication, and shared commitment. I’m here to support, challenge, and celebrate alongside you, working together toward your goals with a collaborative spirit.

Entrepreneur | Coach | Uplifter of Everyday Athletes
Rachel Lemcke holds a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Youth Development. Her athletic journey began in competitive swimming, eventually leading her to coach at the club and collegiate level. From 2018–2020, Rachel served as an assistant coach at the University of Lynchburg, where she helped reinstate the swim program, building the team from the ground up alongside the head coach. That experience not only shaped her coaching philosophy but also deepened her love for supporting athletes through periods of growth and transformation.
With over seven years of coaching experience, Rachel has worked with youth, collegiate, and adult athletes across swimming and running. As a high school cross country coach in Virginia, she led her girls’ team to a conference championship in 2021 and was honored as Coach of the Year. She now runs her own remote coaching business, where she works with runners of all ages and abilities—from first-time 5K finishers to seasoned ultra runners racing 100+ miles.
Rachel is a UESCA Certified Ultra Running Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Women’s Fitness Specialist. She’s also a former coach with COROS, where she supported everyday athletes in interpreting their data and making informed training adjustments. At the heart of her coaching is a commitment to whole person development: building strength, confidence, and sustainability both on and off the trail. She also works with the All In Trail group and offers 2–3 coaching scholarships each year to younger athletes who are passionate about running but may not have access to coaching support.
As an athlete, Rachel has completed multiple ultramarathons, with many top-5 finishes in highly competitive fields. She’s a two-time Boston Marathon finisher, a podium finisher in an open-water marathon swim, and has set Fastest Known Times (FKTs) on both the Smokies Challenge Adventure Run and the Three Ridges + Priest loop. Her personal strengths lie in long-distance mountain events ranging from 50K to 100 miles.
Rachel is deeply passionate about advocating for women in coaching and currently serves as a board member of the Women’s Running Coaches Collective. She lives in Bozeman, Montana with her husband and their two dogs, Daisy and Rosie.
